Bad salad

I ordered an Apple Pecan half salad at Wendy's on Highway 76 West in Branson, Missouri. It looked fine until I saw the lettuce in the middle and on the bottom of the salad. It was very brown and obviously old. I should have returned it, but I didn't due to the number of customers in line. As I was leaving, I realized there were no pecans in the salad. For an advertised " made fresh daily" salad, I was highly disappointed in whatI received. This occurred on March 26, 2015.
